Tahquitz River Estates Neighborhood

The Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood is comprised of an eclectic mix of homes built from the 1930s through the early 21st century. Most, however, were constructed in the 40s and 50s.

The neighborhood is located in South Palm Springs; its odd shape means its bordered east and south of Palm Canyon, south of Sunny Dunes, north of Mesquite, west of Camino Real. The neighborhood is bordered by the Warm Sands and Deepwell neighborhoods.

Prices are currently in the $200K to $800K price point, with one recent sale in low $100K.

Home styles range from Spanish Ranch and Colonial to California Ranch to modern contemporary. General square footage range from 1400sf to over 3000sf. Lots are generally large.

The neighborhood offers great character with pleasant streets. Some properties are hidden behind hedges and walls

Restaurants and shopping are close at hand. Mountain views are gorgeous. Close enough that you feel like you can reach out and touch them!
